Hey Hot Combat Mamma! I just received my Pass on my video assesment today as well! Now all I have to do is keep up the instructing...no other worries ;-) It is going very well! You? Have you launched 35 yet? We are launching 36 in a few weeks...moving along. I have an aggressive team up here, so we launch every 3 months and after a month we start mixing things up, which means I practice alot...but it is a ton of fun!

Hey girl! Yeah, I finally got my ass in gear. I figured I'm in it for good now! I'm up for takin' a class or two at Leverage - to hone up on martial arts skills so I can be like you!

Hey Berni. I had a great time training with you. I work for the City of Orange. I see you are a Dodger fan. My partner and I will be at opening day on 3-31-07 (a day after quarterly). I'm team teaching on Wed. nights. Keep in touch and punch strong.
