I still remember when we launched 34 together just the 2 of us @ Roswell... We ROCKED IT! Totally on sync and we hit EVERY opportunity to spice it up. We'll have to TT again sometime for sure!

Good to hear from you! I miss you tons. XMas and New Years went well, but it totally messed with the class schedules and I had to keep a calendar on me at all times :)
How are you doing? I've finished Flow training, but still haven't gotten my assessment back (it's only been 8 weeks since I sent it...geesh). Adrenaline is finishing up a new group fitness room which is HUGE. I'm hoping to one day have 100 people in there doing combat!! That would be sweet!
I don't make it to the Roswell gym anymore since my schedule is so booked now and it's a long drive anyways. Say hello to everyone for me.
By the way, if you know of anyone (new or old) that teaches at Roswell and would like to buy my mic, just let me know. I'll give it to them for $40. It's in great shape too.

37 Launch went pretty well! I think they liked 36 better, but it still was a pretty big hit. I WISH I had you there so we could've done some cool stunts!!

Well...it's like pudding before the cake :)
Sorry I won't be doing Step tonight, I need to heal up my toe...it's hurting!! I launched 36 @ Roswell last night and they loved it! That's a big hit release so far. But it just wasn't the same launching w/o you :(
