US Army career soldier for over 24 years, and I have also worked for various fitness clubs throughout Denver, Co, Washington State, Hawaii, Missouri, on base in Germany and now here in Biloxi Mississippi and the surronding area from 1992-to present. Civilian Bootcamp, certified Bodypump instructor 1999 to present, step classes, aerobics, kickboxing, Taebo and more during my stay in Colorado. Greenwood Athletic Club is my home base club but I worked for DAC, CAC, 24 Hour Fitnes, Bally Total Fitnes, Better Bodies and many other fitness clubs. Ask yourself why am I here, what am I trying to achieve, is it fame and fortune or to help transform the world and educate people. LesMills is world know but yet we are losing the fight on obesity. We have the loudest voice and the best programs so why arent we doing more! I have fought for over 24 years for freedom and democracy so to do battle in nothing to me, join me and use what we have created to do more than change bodies lets change lives and change the world! We can always do more!
