Hi, Christopher,

Most excellent on your 'Pass' for RPM. You'll do fine on the video. It's a tough training because a lot of the music is repetitious and so hearing the "changes" is even more difficult than in other formats. [I.m hoping that they'll change Tracks 3 and 7 to music that is less Cascada-like, and more inspirational, but no luck in these last few releases.] That said: By the way, my friend--here in Richmond who teaches Flow--is Robbie. She's been an instructor of Flow, Pump, Attack, and Yoga for years. She and I are good friends, and perhaps she knows your wife if, indeed, your wife teaches Flow.

Keep me posted on your pre-video training, and let me know if I can help. If you don't have a pair of cycling shoes, now is definitely the time to get them. Ride hard!!! Well done!!!

I teach at two very nice Gold's Gyms in Richmond: The FAN [referring to a part of Richmond off of Monument Avenue], and Willow Lawn [referring to another part of Richmond about 4 miles West of the FAN]. I wonder if your wife knows a good friend of mine who teaches Flow, Pump and Attack at both of those clubs.
