I took Pump, so I could be part of "the largest Pump class EVER" (720!!) Step was fun, and of course you HAVE to sing along to "Express Yourself". Seeing Lisa's energy for Attack live in person is insane. That woman can GO! I was gonna do Flow, but after Attack, I was tired, hungry, and hurtin! I took a break during Flow and Vive, then went back and hit it just as hard for Combat. Clothes were just drenched! Ok... I think that about covers it, so I'm shutting up, now :) Have a GREAT time at your Q!! It's gonna be a fun one!

(it occurs to me you're probably starting here... scroll down, I started with Dan :) )
And what can I say about Gandalf? SUCH an awesome dude. Comes in just behind Dan and Rach (sorry, Jammers). I went to his education session, and he gave me hope when he said "we're gonna make it easier." YESSS!! I told G, "I'm not a Jam instructor," and he said, "yet..." I said I love taking the class, but when I sit down and look at the DVD, I nearly have a stroke thinking about how I'd go about learning to TEACH it! :) He said, "that's another reason we're making it easier." Well, not so much "easier", but he said there's gonna be 2 versions, starting with 47... a base level, and an advanced, so that way, beginners have an easier time with it, but there are also options.
The Jam class was AWESOME... such great energy, very fun people. I took my hair down (the pic is from the education) and had a great time. I LOVE that they started incorporating hard rock into BodyJam. Very cool idea. After class, I told Geezy it rocked and had a great time.

As Norm (one of the trainers) pointed out, Dan and Rach are the "mom and dad of Combat". Too too true. They play off each other so well, and have so much fun together. During the workshop, Rach demonstrated a couple moves that we (in our group) had to cue to each other. First was the claw, but the second, she did the KATA from 36's cooldown. She is SO graceful, and so precise in her movements. They were emphasizing clear starts and stops, and she's great at it.
Again, in total goon mode, I forgot to even introduce myself! Just started talking! :)
Combat was at the end of the day... let me tell ya, there was a LOT of shoving to get to the front of the stage (earlier, I'd nearly gotten mowed down by about a dozen Jammers!). I thought the participants would be a bit cooler, at this thing... nope... just like a rock concert. The music was SO loud that Dan and Rach were near yelling the entire time. Very, very awesome to take a class from them. I can't wait to do it, again!

Ok, ok, ok!! :) I'll start with Dan. The workshop on Friday was sooo great. I watched the new release, thinking a lot of it was gonna be covered. None of it was covered :( We did a lot of cuing exercises in groups, did some crazy tae kwon do drills... like, jab =1, cross =2, upper =3, hook = 4... THEN, front kick =5, roundhouse =6, a sort of spin kick was 7... you get the idea. Then Dan would call out 1,3,2,3! 1,4,7! 1,3,7! 7,5,2,1! It was so funny, because a lot of us can't move THAT fast! Dan and Rach's dynamic together is absolutely amazing. SO fun to watch those 2 together.
I got a chance to get a picture with Dan, and I said, "I don't know what to say...!" I felt like such a goon. He was very friendly and helpful with my questions. Truly a great guy.

Hi Jenn ,
The instructors gave us hints 'bout BC 37.
Track 6 is Jinga (with lunges) & Squats. Then front kick. The abs one is similar to BC 26 Abs - Pump it (lots of pushups). Cool down is almost the same as BC 27 - Track 10 When Loves & Hate Collides . Lots of kick-combos. They said it's fantastic. Let u know when it released in 1 week.
Have Fun

I'm very psyched to see Dan and Rach do their thing... in a very close 2nd is Gandalf... LOVE that guy. Now all I have to do is figure out how to use my camera, so I can fit more than 25 pics on it... and it's a digital! :) Stupid new age :)
