I started to join Les Mills classes on 2005 in Celebrity Fitness Surabaya.Thank you for all the instructors fro every single class, every single love, spirit and passion they give.
Its really amazing how all these classes and programs make unity in whole world, same enthusiast, same passion, same spirit. Different culture altogether in one tribe..........

Blom semua tuh.. tinggal Balance aja. Gosipnya sih Balance yg sekarang susah... hihihi... Combatnya seru! Cape banget! Combonya agak ribet awal2nya tapi lama2 uda biasa kok.

Pump standar lah capenya :P Di track chest ada push up-nya trus jalan2 ky kepiting gitu hehehe.

RPM yg baru IMO lagu2nya lebi enak drpd yg kmaren. Ada lagu combat nyasar hehehe. Trus ada gerakan pullback climb (mirip hover) tp kok ga gitu berasa ya?

OK, mudah2an cepet rilis deh di sana.
