Qualified To Teach

National Trainer for RPM....Ride it like you stole it! A little about me...certified in PUMP in 2000 which led to COMBAT training in 2003. Added RPM in 2005 and ATTACK in 2007. Teaching these programs has improved my life...both physically and mentally. Currently an instructor at "THE CLUB" in Woodbridge and "CANDO FITNESS" in Princeton. Engaged to my RPM partner in crime and best friend...Matt: wouldn't be where I am today without you!

October 24th - LiveStrong Ride, Austin,TX - Cancer is defiant. So we're going to defy it. It's persistent. So we have to persevere. It's discouraging. So we must have courage.

We are doing the LIVESTRONG Challenge - uniting people to pick a fight with cancer and to stand up for the nearly 12 million Americans living with cancer today.

The Lance Armstrong, Live Strong Challenge in Austin Texas on October 26th, 2008 means game on for the RPM North American Trainers. We are gonna ride 90 miles for a damn good cause. Check out our fundraising efforts!

Hey Girl,
Its been a while since we last spoke. Hope things with you are going well. Lift for me has been busy and can't wait until some of my staff get back from holiday as I can then cut down on what I teach.

I finally found out that I passed my RPM and I have to say that I am loving teaching this class more that I thought I would.

I am having my first day off in 12 days and am sitting at home watching the Olympics and my other half having his new boat being delivered.

Oh plus we have a new addition to the family. He is now 12 weeks old and his name is Red. He is a boarder collie. Oh well better go. Talk soon and will post some more pics soon.

Antoine	Hey B, Love the avatar!! I am looking forward to getting together with everyone next week. It is going to be awesome!!! Korie is heading up on Friday for the Q (Ashe will be at home with grandma and grandpa). She is due late Jan09 with #2. We find out if it is he or she when we get back from NY!!!
