Qualified To Teach

I reside in Madison, AL. My personal testmony is that a year ago since committing my focusing to a more purposeful life serving God in every way. Thus being an example for those who are trying to achieve simular goals and objectives, love going out and helping where ever I can make a different in those individuals I come into contact on a daily bases. Striving in persuit of total fitness excellence. Since coming to the Les Mills family I have work intensly to dropping weight and improve my core strenght area.

Some of my personal objectives of being a superior Les Mills trainer and instructor one day, as well as role model for everyone to emulate. My moto is: Life is about challenages, to be an elite trainer you must be willing to go the distance and push yourself beyoud your level of confidency.

Just complete Body Flow training and definitely changed my entire prospective on my entire body development. Julie Anne was a great task master and she brought out some interesting moment in me. My objective is to become a strong pump and a great Body Flow instructor trainer. I welcome any feedback from my fellows tribesman on developing a strong Bodypump and BodyFlow present.

Maria	Hey, Its so good to hear from you. I miss all of yall sooo much. School is justa going. I'm at Gardendale Civic Center now. The other instructors are Great and they have been so welcoming to me. I will be home sometime. Laura and I actually drove down last Thurs. for Step and Pump. Hope to see ya in pump sometime. ttyl.

Leonard	Thank you so much, Remick, for your kind words. I have been excited to work with you since I knew I was teaching at Bender's. We seemed to establish such a rapport when we were in training together, and I have always thought you an amazing man. I'm so glad we're on the same team!
