hey..
well best of luck with both of them..
trust me they'll love pump, we do well in athlone with it so ye shud be fine, attack isnt as popular in our club, the most popular seems to be combat then pump, ya should pay a visit before ya get started, we are doing a big launch for our classes starting on the 31st of Aug, we usual dress up and do something crazy ta make a big deal of the classes every 3 months, our members seem to enjoy it and its a bit of craic for us teaching it..

Hi Alan.
Great job, you are going for it. I like Attack to, have been teaching it and still mis it.
Enjoy and let me know how the bootcamp was.
Here in the Netherlands we are working on the quarterly for BP 71 and BB 46. Great releases.

Yeah it was savage there stomach churning stuff haha my mate was in bits on the ferry back he was like GREEN. good fun thou may hit back into my training after the few days off
