Hi my name is Sherilyn, I am a Fitness Instructor at the Cypress Creek YMCA. I am attending the Body Combat Instructor training in Bryan at the end of May. I was wondering if you have any advice. I am also studying for the ACE Group Fitness Certification, do you have any tips for that as well. I haven't found anyone who has taken the test in the last ten years.
