Qualified To Teach

The USA/Canada Trainer's Summit was amazing!! Thank you to all of our Program Directors for bringing us more information and education that we can use to grow our strong base of instructors. You continually push us and never let us get complacent - keep it up.

I hope the USA will continue to embrace our programs and that our goals as a company will be fulfilled! Instructors - you are the ones on the front lines - keep delivering World Class experiences and keep knocking out out America's obesity!

That being said - the Les Mill's family is full of them!

I spent years as a Competitive Gymnast and a few more as a competitive dancer. Those days taught me valuable lessons in self-discipline and determination. I hope that my passion for being the VERY BEST that you can be will touch at least one person every time I put that music on and take the "stage" so to speak.

Les Mills has started a global movement and we all make up the fabric of a tightly woven family to help change the lives of the un-motivated and maybe depressed and overworked population. Let's keep it comin! I only wish I had discovered the programs at a much younger age.

Sherilyn	Andrea, Hi my name is Sherilyn, I am a Fitness Instructor at the Cypress Creek YMCA. I am attending the Body Combat Instructor training in Bryan at the end of May. I was wondering if you have any advice. I am also studying for the ACE Group Fitness Certification, do you have any tips for that as well. I haven't found anyone who has taken the test in the last ten years. Thanks, Sherilyn
