I'm week four into BV12. Mostly I love it. Mostly my participants love it. And already word is spreading about BV13!!! It seems we just get one done and then its time to start all over again with a new one!! I'm going on 2 years as a BV instructor. While I love it, I sure would like to spread the love with another instructor. I swear if I have to learn and relaunch another release by myself I'm going to have a breakdown!!!! Well, maybe not a breakdown, but I'm going to have to do some serious pep talks with myself!!! If you have any desire to cert in BV, please let me know!!!!

Hi Catherine
Thought I'd stop by and say hi. Always enjoy your posts. The other Viver I usually launch with has returned to Aukland (She's gonna text me when she lands her first Vive class at LM central!)so I'm on my own now too. Nice to know I'm not the only one!
Cheers and good luck with BV 13!

Hey Catherine,

It's hit or miss for me every time :) I go by musical landmarks as my guide , lyrics, words & music changes. This one takes a little more practice & focus. Good luck with it & wish me luck with it as I teach it at the LMNE Q Sat. Have an amazing experience!

Catherine, good to hear from you. If I get the chance to do GFM again I would totally. I love the people and the instructors. This last year I would not have traded for the whole world. I decided to takes some classes towards a nursing degree because I need something that is recession proof and that I will not have to work the 65 hours a week anymore. I am subbing classes at the Hudson YMCA. I am totally loving every minute of it. I really miss all of the Osceola and New Richmond participants and Instructors. The job was more than a job for me. Everyone was really apart of my family. I hired only the best instructors - instructors with heart and gumption. Keep in touch. I really miss you.

LOL - I took the BV class and knew there was a camera guy around often - but had no idea I was actually in the video. Wow. I feel privileged. I loved the class - I had a blast!

Take care my friend - and have a "vivin" week. And yes, of course I got a work out! ;)

Hi there! Thanks so much for the kind words - I am so glad you had fun. I did too! In fact, I'm still recovering just a little. ;)

Congrats on loving BV and doing such a great job with it - it is a fantastic program. I love love love the music. I always feel like singing at the top of my lungs even though I can't sing even a little. haha

Wow - another hooked attacker. It's definitely a fun program - it takes you to places you could never take yourself to. I love the physical challenge - there's nothing like it. That's fantastic you are going to go for it and get certified. Keep me posted for sure.

Ok - I'll end with "work that shit girl" - :) See you next time around.

VIVE 8 insight - do not read if u dont want to no! LOL ;P
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Have to say to begin with;
bodyvive 8 ROCKS... Fame has some really huge contrasts in moves which looks beautiful, T4 has a thing were your participants form a circle and "interact" really cool (not so goo id u have small numbers thou i.e under 10) tai chi is beautiful oh and the strength tracks especially for legs BIG OUCH - the stradle from 7 is there but slighlty different and it stings! they have joined tai chi as part of the functional strength section and track 2 explanation of the ball connecting with core is gone - we now say it assists in upper body strength and brings awareness to our core of our bodies :P wount spoil it too much but it seems it just keeps gettin better!
