Greetings to All!
I am a BodyCombat instructor at my gym and have been one for almost six years now. I have been in the fitness world for longer than I care to admit, and I can honestly say that Combat has made such a difference to my fitness level. It is true....I LOVE IT.
I recently was trained to teach BodyFlow as well and am amazed and in love with this program too. It is such the perfect compliment to Combat to be able to stretch and lengthen my muscles. I am not teaching a Flow class yet.....but can't wait to!
