WOW, WOW, WOW, WOW
The Super Q in Poughkeepsie was incredible. I feel so re-energized. It was great to see old friends and make new one's. The music was pumping loud, the sea of people was incredible, the euphoria was catching.

I've posted a few pics from the event - hope to see some of you around in the future or the annual super Q pilgrimage.

Hello, my name is Cesar, and i'm a Les Mills Junkie. I've been doing Les Mills classes for 10 years and can't stop. I have altered my personal and professional life to feed my habit. I have spent thousands of dollars on music, clothes, quarterlies, launches, and SHOES. I have become an E-TYPE fan, a Christina Aguilera fan, a Scooter fan, a Rhythm Twins fan, a Pistolet fan and who can forget the Kopy Katz? I thought my obsession would lessen the older i got, but instead it's gotten worse. I have tried other classes but they have only disappointed and i've fallen off the wagon and resorted to accepting the fact that i continue to be and will always be a les mills junkie.

Anjali - obi wan is insanely les mills and maintaining order in the universe

Nicole - for being one of the best souls out there

Lesley - for inspiring me to become a better instructor

Louise - for getting me hooked on body pump in 1998

Susie - for suggesting I become and instructor

Ricky - for being a great friend and mentor in the beginning

Renee & Jen - for stepping in and becoming awesome combat instructors

Mitch - for learning new formats every few months

Gabriel - for your energy after coming back from combat training and of course being my best friend

Maria - for ALWAYS being there

Kendall - for always remembering your humble beginnings

Ben - for joining me at the annual pilgrimage

Christine - for being my lovely wife ...
