Gearing up for the SUPER Quarterly in New York. WAHOO!

In the middle of launch frenzy - love the energy!

I teach BodyStep, BodyCombat, and BodyAttack at Gold's Gym Charlottesville VA. I have almost 3 years of teaching experience (next month!) under my belt - and still going strong! I love the energy, the passion, & making a difference in people's lives - as well as my own!

Live life to the fullest...it's much too short.

Laura	Hey there, It was great catching up with you at Hannah's Shower. I'm looking forward to the wedding. I'm on the fence about NY. I have a ride up on Thursday but I need a ride back. Wendy	Hi Carla, I'm glad Emily enjoyed Combat. :-) Right now I'm signed up for the SuperQ but I'm deployed to DC for 4-6 weeks for work and I don't know how comfortable I am with asking for time off...we'll see. I'm still trying to feel out the situation. I hope to be able to make it, though. Dan and Rach were so inspiring last September. Wendy

Hi Carla,

I had one of your Attack participants show up to BodyCombat yesterday. (I was subbing for Attack, but she decided to stay.) Her name is Emily and she totally rocked at Combat--said it was only the second time she'd ever taken it, which was pretty hard to believe! Anyway, she had mentioned she was from Charlottesville so I asked her if she usually takes Attack with you. :) She ROCKS at Combat. You can tell her I told you...so now you can bug her to take Combat, too. Hope all is well with you. Keep it real and stay with the fight! -Wendy
