Qualified To Teach

Hi my name is Janelle. I'm teaching Attack and Pump at Gold's Gym in O'Fallon IL!

Body Attack has been my LOVE and PASSION! I trained with Kendall in Dec.'05....what a BLAST for my first Group Fitness experience! I moved from Fort Worth TX and had to wait for Gold's to launch Attack.....it has taken off like nothing I've ever seen! It is GREAT to see so many people take control of their lives and push themselves to the next fitness level!

I went through Body Pump training in Feb.'07 with Rodney! Let me tell ya all another GREAT experience with Les Mills! Adding Pump into my training has really changed my body and made Attack much smoother. I've enjoyed the teaching experience and it has given me another character! hehehe I can't talk as much through Pump as I can Attack so I've had to hold myself back and bring out a different/harder Janelle!

(June 15)
Had the quarterly on Sat.! WOW is all I can say! Thanks to the Master Trainers who did an awesome job! Really gave me more excitment and energy than I already have I tell ya! We are launching July 19th! Can't wait for the members to get ahold of the new stuff! CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(June 17)
Abigial is 6 months so hard to believe I tell ya! Abigail has changed so much and is doing something new each day it's great! SHe weighted in at 18lbs. 6 ounces, height is 26 3/4 and her head is 45cm. Growing like a weed and getting more active everyday! :0)

Joella	Hey girlie - looks like things are going really well for you! Abigail is amazing - wow. Time flies doesn't it? I had a blast in NZ - the release is BS 74 - I hope I didn't embarass the US. :) Thanks for thinking of me - hope to see you soon. And yes, the shoes were very embarassing. At least there are those of us who admit we do those types of things! ha ha

Lisa	Hey, girl! Good luck with your launch this weekend. We're finishing our first week teaching BS 72--team teaching, etc. I think I've got it down! We love our pink shirts and knee socks.
