Just back from a week in Maui! Even got to visit Lana'i. Have blisters on the tops of my feet from so much snorkling!

Back home to springtime in California - everything is green & blooming! LOVE this time of year!

Just back from a BP Intensive & our West Coast Q in San Diego. Shielagh & I were amazed & inspired by the presenters and the great group of Les Mills instructors - PROUD TO BE PART OF ONE AMAZING TRIBE!

Les Mills has blown new life into my sails!

Have been teaching aerobics for over 30 years now! O.K - I know, I'm dating myself!! But feelin fabulous at 52 and will continue to "GO 4 GREATNESS", Lord willing, for many more years!
In addition to teaching group fitness, my passions include roadbiking, snow skiing, water skiing, and keeping up w/my 19 yr old daughter and 21 yr old son. Can't forget to mention LANCE ("Romance") - the love of my life & husband of 23 years!

Have taught BODYPUMP 8 yrs now - started w/the USA Launch Mix - just before BP#33.
I teach 2-3 Pump classes per week with class sizes from 10-25 - I absolutely love it!! We "ROCK da HOUSE!"

Also teaching step interval, am a "regular" in spin class, and just got SPINNING trained. Pump is my favorite format, but I'd love to get LM trained & also teach RPM, BC or BS. Sad to say, Pump is the only Les Mills class offered at our gym. The next closest gym w/Les Mills is over 15 miles away. We need to start a Les Mills fire in South Orange County!

I'm so grateful for all the research and work that goes into each new BP release and am proud to be a part of such a high-energy and effective program! THANK YOU LM!!

6 Random facts about me:

1) Graduated from Cal State Long Beach w/a Bachelor's in Nursing - worked as a nurse for over 12 years then after our 2nd child, decided to "stay at home" (ha!) and raise our kids.

2) Grew up in Malibu Canyon with a Palomino Quarter horse named "Butch" and a Black German Shepherd named "Bobby".

3) In 2001, was hit head-on by a drunk driver, driving at approx. 50 MPH on the wrong side of a divided road! Incidentally, he was undocumented, unlicensed, uninsured, and took off running. He wasn't charged w/"hit & run" since a witness dragged him back to the scene before the police arrived. He served 2 months in jail & I spent 2 years in rehab. Thankfully, I'm "back in the saddle again!"

4) I'm an only child (and I know what you're thinking!!)

5) My husband & I own and operate an appliance service company (ASAP Appliance Service) and I've managed our business out of our home for over 20 years now. So, I'm probably sitting here, working away at my computer, and would welcome a Les Mills interruption from you ANYTIME!

6) Favorite food: chocolate
Least fav food: can't stand even the smell of pimentos!

I don't have a regular Jam class, but am subbing this Monday (6/8) if you wanna come :-) It's the only time I know of that I'll be teaching for the next however long.

Yeah just got our releases yesterday - I haven't actually watched BP yet but I've gone through Combat and looked at Jam a little, not seen much of RPM yet. Combat f-ing ROCKS, ohmigod it's amazing. But don't know much about the others yet. Did you guys even ever launch BP69? LOL!

Damn I am so bummed you can't come to the Qtly! Those children, they just interefere with everything. HAHA! Maybe next one :-)

Michele	Hi!! How's it going? We are launching BC39 this Wednesday at 5.45pm, and the new BP69 on Saturday at 9.15am if you wanna come! (We'll also be doing the new BC at 8.15am before BP, on Saturday.) The rest of the launches are stagered but let me know if you want to know about any of the other programs.

Michele	Hey, I think (not 100% confirmed though) that our launch is going to be a "buffet" (few tracks from each program) on Saturday, April 25. Not sure when we're launching in the evening (the full programs) - still trying to iron that out. You guys headed off to Santa Clara?
