yeah i will do..i stretched a bit before aswell..seemed to help!!
Cool..ive not done combat in like Aaaaaages...the coach i went to went off on maternity leave and havent found another class tht suits!!!!! would quite like to get back to it!!!!

Ill take a look at that you guys def seem like u get in the mood! How many modules do u take altogether? Im pump trained so far and doin my combat course in december we only do those 2 modules so far but looking to maybe do rpm as well!

Nat, am so fed up with being ill. I've had this cold/flu thing for a week and it gets in the way of everything especially classes! I don't think I'll try it again, I've given it a week and have decided it's not for me. I have decided to be perfectly healthy from now on. That is how it works, right? X

you should get on with it then as after 3 years your claim will be time barred.
The MIB deal with all uninsured driver claims so that is right.
I have loadsor resolutions back to gym today - the changed all our claases in Nov which meant I didnt go for all of Nov or Dec but they are changing again now- I put on so much weight by not going it's not true!!
The other gyms around here don't do Les Mills so really hope they sort our time table out soon.
Bet its a shock to you being back here in the cold - I'm at work today and I am absolutely freezing!!

actually I was bummed I didnt get to see you in Dubai. Fond memories of sitting at the beach for a glass of coke after a great class.
So sorry to hear about your marriage bust up. What a disappointment. Cant imagine what it feels like...(and you had bab(y)ies??) Good luck with the UK, they are a slow moving beast but there is potential there. Keep me posted. Maybe I will see you ata quarterly in London on the 6th September. Steve and I and Grace are coming over.
