Hola mi nombre es Alejandro, mi primer programa de Les Mills fue BP, pero tanto me entusiasmaron los demas programas que ahora tambien tengo los programas BC y BJ.

Le doy las gracias a Les Mills y a mis entrenadores que me han permitido seguir cresiendo en el Fitness Grupal.

Tambien le doy las gracias a Les Mills de tener este sitio y poder conocer gente de todo el mundo que le entusiasma lo mismo que a mi y lo mejor es que puedes estar en contacto con los maximos exponentes de Les Mills.

Hi my name is Alejandro, mi first program was BP, but I was so exaited with oll the other programs, that now I also have BC and BJ programs,

Thanx to Les Mills to have this site so I can get to know people from all the world that loves what i love and the bes is that you can write and stay in touch whith the masters of Les Mills.

Primero un cariñoso saludo desde Chile, todo mi ánimo y bendiciones para tu hermoso pueblo, espero que esten saliendo con muchas fuerzas adelante...

Te cuento que aca ya se realizaron los relanzamientos de los mix nuevos (BC39, BP 69, BJ 48 etc...), los encontre geniales,. Cuentame de sus actividades..

Unpequeño grupo de Chilenos iremos a pasar el WS del mix 40 BC a Buenos Aires, esperamos que este cumple años este fabuloso... Espero encontrarte en alguna fiesta en un tiempo no muy lejano...
