Qualified To Teach

One of the Les Mills GX enthusiasts from Jakarta, Indonesia. Doing workout since September 2005, when a famous fitness center in Jakarta was opened in my housing area.

First time joining the classes:
BodyCombat (December 2005)
RPM (March 2006)
BodyBalance (July 2006)
BodyPump (February 2007)
BodyStep (May 2007)
BodyJam (May 2007)
BodyAttack (February 2008)
BodyVive (February 2009)

I like doing RPM, BodyPump, BodyBalance, and BodyCombat most. Then, I have the chance to try BodyJam, BodyStep, BodyAttack, and BodyVive for a while.

Lately I realize that I don't just love LM programs, but I become addicted to them!

Being challenged by myself and some friends, I decided to take part in Les Mills family through taking module training(s):
RPM 40 (September 13-14, 2008 at Gold's Gym Jakarta)
BodyCombat 39 (March 20-22, 2009 at Celebrity Fitness Jakarta)
Next training? Don't know. Still in consideration.

That's a brief story of my fitness experience. Now, I'd like to hear from all of you and also be glad if you can add me as a friend =)

To my CF instructors and trainee fellas, tell your friends to make LM profile too. I've browsed this site and found that only few instructors who make his/her LM profile. Come on, all CF instructors and trainees, make some noise and join the party!

I enjoyed reading your profile and looking at your pics too. CONGRATS on the RPM module training! BTW, I do not have a Facbook account, I am so busy with this site, getting b-day reminders out, teaching & work that I did not set up a facebook account. So have you been to the US? Looks like seru banget ya hehee =)
pasti pas combat launching pertama rada kacau dulu dah, hahahaa biasa perlu adaptasi.
Pump track chest lagi yg hard, mati dehh yg kemaren ga ada istirahatnya sama sekali, yg ini jln2 kaya kepiting ahahaa, tapi seru yah. new things to learn lah =)
Thx bocoran infonya buat arrange tenaga nih =p
hmm rpm sounds nice kalo gitu, soalnya yg kemaren aja lumayan drpd 2 release yg lalu ya kalo gak salah hehe.
