Kia Ora!!! 51 is right around the corner and I can thank LES MILLS for helping me stay mean and lean! I can't say enough about the Les Mills programs!!! They will change your LIFE!!! I can never say I am too old to learn new tricks! Just wish more people would hook into fitness. You can't put a good workout in pill form.....you just gotta DO IT! Working out is such a stress reliever! I just wish everyone could catch the fitness fever. We need more fitness Les Mills freaks!
