Hey hey!

I've been all over the place, up and down the M6 every few weeks! Finally got a Jam class starting in 2 weeks as well. That brings me to a grand total of 3 - one Combat, one Balance, one Jam. I decided to stick with Balance and it's actually going amazingly well and classes are stupid busy. Perhaps I need to stop doubting myself.

Funnily enough I am really enjoying only teaching 2 or 3 times a week at the moment - I have been going to Attack which I absolutely love and also training for the Great North Run in October, so if I were still doing 13 classes a week as well I would be totally and utterly knackered. I do miss it though and want a few more classes at some point.

I am indeed going to Sheffield! Are you? It's going to be such a blast. I'm doing Combat, Jam, Pump, Step, Attack and Balance...I nearly signed up to do a Race For Life the following day until I realised the dates - can you imagine?

i was starting to worry maybe u weren't coming to conv anymore - as if???!!!
hey, that's cool u launched combat last sat, me got some kickboxing pants too and vic has matching ones! black with a white and pink stipe down the side and black stars. cute! :-)
anyhoo, wud love to come to launch sunday, but sadly i am working at the gazette hellhole..:-(
as for conv, i don't think it's a decree that u have to dress-up but u need to join in the fun right??!
i am dressing up - well, at least saying that now, maybe see how i feel on the day itself eh. haha
on friday, i am going over that night to me hotel, which is about a mile from the uni. prob get there abt 8 or half past. was thinking if u fancied it (& if we can get in) maybe go 4 some drinkies at the student's union - nowt too crazy tho, early start on sat!!! think that's where most peeps will b but will find out mrs. or another venue of ur choosing if u prefer?
let me know wot u think anyhoo honey - omg, can't believe it's like a week away...WOOHOO!!

watch out fox hollies in less than 2 weeks with me n vic there i say...double trouble!
we will b sure to check out ur jam class at some point hun, we have both watched jam longingly thru the window at the norbreck wishing we could be that coordinated and shake our asses in a sexy, sultry way rather than something akin to a duck! HAAAAAAAAAAAA!

thanks for that, gutted tho - i canny make the launch of jam. dammit!!!
first off i am in brum that weekend - but also have spin at ribby at 4 on sundays so wouldn't have been to anyhoo.
shame that mate, i was looking forward to u getting me to shake my booty (tis a rare occurence, i can assure u).
so glad u booked on for conv - u staying in halls? i am on sat nite, but got a hotel for fri eve as it was cheaper??? make sense? er, no. but hey.
sounds like we booked on a few of the same sessions, me doing combat, pump and lmi but i am also doing some lectures between to give me lil body a rest.hehe.
i cannot wait dudette!! wots ya costume? or is it top secret! help me persuade vicky to come.
and i'm currently working on my mate holly-wolly as well.

Hello trouble found ya...Don't really use this but guess I will probably start now...build up some contacts for when I move/imigrate/travel.

Hope your journey back wasn't too much of a nightmare...if its any consolation I was very late as My train stopped at watford where a load of Wolves fans got on and caused a load of trouble before the train stopped at MK where loads of cops got on (Cops check me like I am a bad ass american gangster) and mini fights broke out!

I didn't get to Brum till after 10! but party was cool and me and Phil did Bodyjam with all of the drunken party revellers!
