Hey Everyone!
I am the new Office Coordinator for Les Mills South East. I also teach BodyAttack, BodyPump, and BodyStep. I feel so lucky to have been able to combine my passion for group fitness and Les Mills and turn it into a career.
If you're ever in St. Pete gimme a holler!

Hi Carolyn!

Good to hear from you! Thank you so much for your support! I taught a couple of tracks off of Body Pump 67 for the first time in Loveight's class at the YMCA in Winter Park. We have incredible energy together! I will be teaching at the LFF in Winter Park, and hopefully pickup an early morning class at the YMCA in Winter Park.

I hope you are enjoying St. Pete! My boyfriend and I love it there. We may have to visit you some time. Which gym do you teach at over there?

Andy	Hey Carolyn, I had a blast at training! It was a very small group (4 people), but it did give us the opportunity to get a lot of individual attention. I ended up with a pass, which I'm really happy about. Hey, Heather is wanting me to hold a class on Saturday at 10am starting in December. Hope I see you there sometime! :)
