I have come to the conclusion that breakdowns = breakthroughs. I've had a rough year. Transitions done and I'm settling in somewhat. And once you get in the clear, you realize what a great place you are at now. :-)

Launch was GREAT. Everyone LOVED the new music. I love the energy and enthusiasm that comes with the new stuff. Now awaiting the arrival of a new batch of music. Can't wait to dig into that.

I am also trying to get back into running after taking a year off. Completed my first 10K on July 4th. The Peachtree Road Race is an Atlanta tradition. I've signed up to do two new 1/2 marathons: one in Atlanta sponsored by zoomarun and the other being presented by Disney World. It is called the Princess Marathon in March 2009. You've got to commit or I just fizzle out.

We had an unbelieveable outdoor cycling class with over 100 bikes filled and people waiting. What an exciting experience, and not only that, we were able to use Les Mills to give back to the community and raise money for LIVESTRONG. Go team RPM!

Jennifer	Hey, Foot is SOOO much better. Back to teaching. Yes, we are opening a BodyPlex in Gainesville...I think! it is taking forever just get permits and approvals, etc. I am stressed! Anyway, very excited. Hope you will come visit some time. How are things going for you, classes good, etc???

You are welcome. You are the voice of objectivity and reason while most of the other usual suspects are picking apart each other's posts whilst not even reading them properly (why I don't post rarely these days) or ganging up and bullying anyone who dares to criticise any aspect of the programme. I personally LOVE criticism - listening to it and soaking it up it has made me the success I am today!

So, don't stop posting. Your posts are a breath of fresh air amongst what is often merely a baying pack of scruffy half-starved self-appreciating, back-slapping hyenas.

Keep up the great work in your classe. I have not taught BV yet as I am in a dispute with the gym over pay - I don't get paid for it so they need to front up and pay for my releases and assessment. It's that simple. But I think you should go for it as it will be another string to your bow and you never know when you might need to use that arrow girl!

NOW GO DO IT!
