I'm very excited to be a part of the Les Mills family after being trained in Body Attack in March of 2009. I was first introduced to Les Mills about a year ago when I stumbled upon a BodyJam class. Being a dancer, I of course loved it. Then when my dance team was sponsored by Gold's Gym, I was able to start taking all of Les Mills' classes.

Body Attack has been a fitness class that has challenged me everytime. Taking the training, and getting certified to teach it has pushed me physically.

I hope to get trained in more Les Mills courses over time!
