Lesley sent me a message on facebook and was telling me about you! I love lesmills! I love all the programs! Two instructors of our club just got done training for ATTACK as well... cant wait to take the class! and i am actually going to BODYFLOW training this weekend! YAY!!
so excited! So do you teach classes at georgia tech or do you attend GT?

Hi Marjorie - Congratulations on getting through Attack training! I'm sure Darren kicked your butt.

You should come up and visit sometime - it would be nice to have someone else that teaches Attack.

Hope you're doing well! Just completed Combat training, and it was fierce! Loved every minute of it! I did really well-this is definitely the program for me! The new release is badass-looking forward to launch. Everyone thinks I am "too nice" to teach this program-they are going to be blown away when they see the fighter I brought out in training-ha! Love it!
