Sorry it took me so long to write back....I took Ava to Illinois with me to see my family for 2 weeks. Anyway, I don't have a class of my own yet, but I have been subbing and team teaching at Lifestyle Family Fitness. I should be pretty soon that I will get a class with them as well. So how are you doing in this process?

Yes, I did get the new release last week. I will have to watch it again before I can really tell what I think. Maybe this afternoon, when the kids take a brake and do not pull my arm :)

Thanks for telling me a little bit more about you and I wish you the best on your BJ certification. Wow, Tinker AFB, my dad was station there before I was born, it's a small world. So are you going to a Quarterly next month? There is one in Texas that I will be at on March 29th & 30th in Houston at the NASA facility. Hope to hear from ya soon.

Hey Cathy:
I was just saying that I noticed that you came to my gym, Adrenaline, which is 2 seconds from our home, last weekend for JAM training. I wish you would have called. You could have stayed here for free AND the kitties would have loved the company. I hope you had a nice time. It looks like you passed. Congratulations. I didn't get to the gym last weekend, as both my husband and I were sick with the flu. We're still recovering. I hope all is well. Michelle

Hey Cathy, you are totally Welcome for the update and Thank you for your info too! I teach the BP and have been invited to teach BV at 2 clubs. I did not follow through with BF since I was having a lot of things going on at that time, but Ms. K.T. is wanting me to do the training over again. So how long have you been teaching BJ and have you been to Texas? Hope to hear from ya soon.
