Kia Ora everyone ,
I just completed my Body Vive training and passed. I am so happy and glad to be part of this sensational new program from Les Mills. It is truly a wonderful experience not just for the instructors but for the members as well.

What an exciting time for Malaysian as we will be launching the program soon for the first time ever in Malaysia. I can;t wait to see families bonding together in this awesome class and the members just having so much fun.
