yeah had to give 36 a miss... but back in 37 and hopefully 38? :) thanks for looking out for me, Dagmar :) Doesn't Oscar have the best tech... he is awesome!

Well, hope you haven't stayed awake all this time, but I went with the mixture option. White trousers with double black stripe for Taekwondo, Black Martial Arts Jacket for Kung Fu/Karate, Wraps for boxing, headband for Maui Thai and black striped white belt to hold it all together.

Wore sunglasses for the James Bond bit (thanks) which I took off at the end of the warm up. Also had Maui Thai-looking shorts and vest top under it all and stripped down to them in track 7. Since I also had my Bodypump shorts under that as well (it's a back to back class), it was a hot and sweaty workout for me.

All went well bar track 5 which required a little improvisation. Those single and double sets of high knees just all blend into one sometimes...
