Hey Danika,
The message you left on the RPM Instruction Challenge, I can't see it. Must be those little green men who run around inside my computer.

Hey Danika, well the visit to the specialist wasnt good news unfortunately. My Specialist is convinced that when I did my initial injury 2 years ago I actualy ruptured my ACL. On top of that I also have Osgood Schlatters Disease in my right knee (I have had that in my left knee since I was 15, so not too worried about that) AND i also have a lot of wear and tear on my knee. I am being referred for an MRI scan so will need to wait for that and then one the results have come back will have to re-evaulate my training programme. I cant believe its taken them 2 years, 2 different sets of physios to find out that i had ruptured a major ligament in my knee, but that does explain why Im still in pain and explain why my knee is so unstable.
So, have you decided whether combat is gonna be your next programme to train on, lol

Hey Danika, glad to hear you had a great time in NZ, Im hoping to get back next year. Now that you have done combat with the best, maybe we can now get you off those silly bikes, lol.
Well at least you've tried combat, more than I can say for me trying RPM, maybe one day.
Hows the ankle coming on. I see the specialist on Wed 14th May, will let you know how I get on. Keep your fingers crossed for me.
Linda
