Just heard they're rearranging the timetable at Blyth Sports Centre to possibly make room for a new circuit class...I really miss the one at Concordia (although I will concede that combat is just as good now) so fingers crossed they get a mint instructor to teach it if it goes ahead...

That's a bummer Matey. I think they are becoming strict like that here too. Loadsa peops have to do their BP again 'cos they let it slip by not attending quarts.
loving Combat 36, I'm getting better. My kicks are way better now and I feel stronger. You said it would happen like that.

Hello there, really like new combat (36?), music is mint! Suzanne at Blyth is away this weekend so no spinning or 20/20/20 for me - may be up for attacking the Village if you can sneak me in? Not sure of the times though as they're not on the timetable I downloaded. Doing GNR this year and need to get into training - haven't a clue where to start!! Should be at Conc Fri anyway so see you there, that is if someone will give you a lift as you are now according to your profile only 6 and therefore too young to drive.

I have been doing 60 with them but I mixed it with 56 and 58 on wednesday, they said they preffered those ones!
Im going to super sheffield on Saturday...cant wait! You trained the same times as femke didnt you? I know femke thats how I got to know about the village!
Are you going to any qaurterleys?

hey danny sorry for late reply! I had 6 in this morning not a lot but the most I have had in 4 weeks!! People keep saying they never knew it was on so hopefully they will soon!
Free pretty much all weekend really, but at quarterleys and work for next few weeks!
Which release are you doing with your classes at the village??

Yea team teach sounds good sometime! My attack class is at 11am wednesdays, its my day off on a wednesday so I got the class but hardly any one has came!! The same few people come back each week but nobody new!!
Its a nightmare!!
