Hey Darren!
Question for ya- we're running the beep test at our gym this weekend and I'm looking for a sheet that show what the results mean. I can find one for the 20 meter test, but not for the 15 meter test thats on the attack cd (release 54)- any help?? Thank you :)

Hey Darren! Teamteaching went absolutely fantastic with Carrie - we had so much fun together teaching and had some kick-ass classes together, not to mention getting good feedbacks! I am going to do you proud, Darren! :) I had a pretty bad car accident today and got hurt a little, but thankfully nothing serious, so I should take it easy for a week or so, but I expect to bounce back soon! Thanks for checking on me!
