I'll do the first half if that works for you. At the Gold's in W-S, they don't use a mic - so that will be different - hopefully better! Thanks again and I'll see ya tomorrow night!

I'm sure that you definitely need a break!! I talked to Lisa via email and she told me that she was going to add me to the sub list after I filled out the paperwork. Do you think you would be up for letting me team teach with you on some Tuesday's? I need as much practice as I can get....let me know what you think! Get some much needed rest!

I can feel pain in places I didn't know had muscles!!! Thanks for the compliment, I just wish the definition would travel a little further south if you know what I mean..... Thanks for the pic, we have such a strong team, and I am so happy you crossed the line and became an instuctor. It def. suites your personality. We all need to get together sometime when we can stay clean, but not sober : )

Hi honey!! :) Yesterday was so much fun but you are right - I am so incredibly sore today.. it just sucks to get older... LOL :)
I love that we have become friends too - I think we are cut from the same cloth!! :) Now it's time for a real girls' night out with some cocktails.. maybe when I get back from vacation?!! Let's plan it for sure! Thanks for the pics - they are so great and already up on my site!!

Wow - thank you for that message...I needed that :) Sometimes I feel like I'm not getting anywhere, ya know? I wish I had more time to be in the gym, but for now, I have to force myself to push harder while I am there.
Funny you comment on me - because, as I said - you are just looking stunning....more and more each time I see you. I feel so happy everytime I look at how your body has changed and developed into this amazingly strong, toned & beautiful "thang".
You know I love ya, right?
P.S. Thanks for coming today - it always means SO much to have you there everytime.
