Qualified To Teach

I absolutely LOVE teaching Body Combat (and now Body Pump too) and I am a firm believer in the Les Mills philosophy!

SEPT 2009 UPDATE: waiting on the results of the BP70 video submission and learning two releases simultaneously for the first time. Woo Hoo!

JULY 2009 UPDATE: Had a BLAST at Q2 in New York. Got punched in the face by Dan Cohen (my fault for dropping my guard in the ring!). Just passed Module Training for BodyPump (release 70).... Currently prepping for assessment video.

MARCH 2009 UPDATE: Q1 Combat upskilling with Angel Santiago was TOUGH but AMAZING - I needed a good butt-kicking! Angel joins Josef in my book, who I look up to, have the utmost respect for and aspire to be like.

I am ready to change lives, every time! BRING IT!

Availability

I am looking to pick up additional Body Combat and Body Pump classes and right now, my schedule is flexible.

Hey Deb

It was fantastic to meet you! I love your journey "story" - you are a true inspiration to all of us!

The Q was amazing - I am so fortunate that I had the opportunity to present at it. I am always amazed at the passion and energy each instructor has for helping others to achieve healthy lifestyles.

If you are ever in the DC area, let me know! I will be back up north this coming weekend in VT for a FLOW training.
