Fun year so far, Starting with BC38, which I believe took my fitness to a different place, its been fun teaching and the latest releases have been more inclusive to all fitness levels while still challenging. You can tell members who had struggled with previous releases from a fitness level standpoint coming back to them when we mix and being that much farther ahead which is cool. Did vacation again but this time GA Aquarium was amazing...

12/1 Day sent my assessment tape, got 34 in the mail. Track 6 is favorite track 6 of what I have seen (28-now) by FAR. AWESOME!

11/30 Tape is out the door. Fingers crossed everyone. What a journey. In July I was sedintary, now I am teaching my own BC class at the downtown Y. What a change. I also...get to work on some other release!!!!!

My wife and our 4 sons are my inspiration. My better half teaches BP clued me in on all things LM.
--By Day I am a nerd in a cube, by early morning...WHOOPAAH!

Spud	No secret pact..! try not to say to much about new choreo, have heard some find out in advance and don't like the music and have dislike before the new release . I believe can spoil the whole release aand the element of wow could be lost . cool chat'n . stay passionate .

Mike , had a certain street smarts about him , like a rough diamond , Combat filming real easy to take part in the filming and all internationals have first pick of the front rows,The time it takes depends on technical operation glitches and choreo bloopers , the last round fews bloopers . All programes on filming had there share of bloopers. Always beer n pizza at the end. Flow ... here body balance , makes me groan and creeeaaakkk. Do to many fast classes. Big up's ..
