A big hello to all Les Mills lovers!

Being a Les Mills instructor for over 8 years and teaching groupfitnessclasses for 12 years I found out that I can't live without it.

Seeing people enjoy the music and moves of the Les Mills classes as much as I do makes me feel part of the "One Tribe" Les Mills really is. And you don´t wanna miss that, do you? :-)

I teach BodyPump, BodyAttack and RPM but love to join the other programs also. Since april 2008 I work at the dutch Les Mills agency (HDD Groep) as an accountmanager in the Flevoland, Noord-Holland and Utrecht region.

So! Don't hesitate to leave a message and I hope I´ll meet you somewhere at a quarterly workshop or international summit!
