I have just completed my 3rd Les Mills program and I don't know when I will stop. I love the LesMills brand so much I eat and sleep LM. I am teaching Body Pump and Body Vive. I just completed Body Attack training looking forword to my own class in Jannuary.

I teach at KeyLargo Fitness in Columbia and we have some amazing instructors on our team. I am looking to get my husband into teaching Body Pump I know he will love it.

It is so amazing to be apart of something so BIG like LM in our little town of Columbia Missour.
