A bit about me ------------- I got hooked on LM and especially BC while we were living in Mechanicsburg PA 4 years ago. I was at the BEST women's only gym, Momentum Fitness. Yeah, you've seen the purple gals at the LMNE Q's. They are awesome and the best intro to LM instructors I have ever seen! Love and hugs to you all at Momentum, you set the bar super high! Got hooked on improving my fitness, mind, body and spirit and found that I enjoyed helping others do the same. One life, one body to take you through it. Anyway, got so hooked on BC that I decided to instruct, got trained by Angel & Sheldon in June 2007 and have been going strong down in VA ever since and love it (yes , I am a Combat Care Bear), AFAA certified too. We have a great crew of LM instructors at Lorton and Alexandria and I am also fortunate to work with several National Trainers there (in RPM, PUMP, VIVE, STEP etc) They are all so awesome and are a great example of LM family!!

I have the best husband in the world who is patient with my new found "thang", and 4 terrific kids, 8 and under (3 boys and 1 princess!) Life is good!

Hi Diane,
Great profile,got some real meaning behind them. Nice to talk to someone that also lives there life from there heart. You will love the next 2 releases, they are wicked....
I cycle everywhere and never use transport, i was going to purchase a car when I got back from NZ, but I love the country so much I want to go back SO it's back on my bike and saving up again....take Care and keep in touch
