A bit about me ------------- Love love love this stuff! But isn't that why you may be reading this too? They must do some sort of hypnosis during trainings...Speaking of, I have had the BEST! Angel, Sheldon and Joella! No last names needed, ya just know them! Big smooches to you all! I love this industry and improving my own and members fitness - mind, body and spirit. One life, one body to take you through it. We have a great crew of LM instructors at Lorton and Alexandria and I am also fortunate to work with several National Trainers there (in RPM, PUMP, VIVE, STEP etc) They are all so awesome and are a great example of LM family!!

I have the GREATEST husband in the world who is patient with my "thang", and 4 terrific kids, 9 and under (3 boys and 1 princess!) Life is good!

Hey Diana, life is in the absolute and fantastic. Care giving to my 82 years young mum and this is the most wonderful time i would have experienced , to live with so much wow to every day , yeah life is great . Then there is the magic of Les Mills , can one person be so blessed and let's share it with the world . woop woop.

Hey girlfriend,

Great to hear from you - it has been quite awhile hasn't it? :) Been running around of course, but actually have some down time. I've been fighting a darn achilles injury that just won't seem to go away! NY was really fun - hadn't been up that way in awhile so it was good to see all the instructors.

Hope things are good for you - I can't believe we're almost through June! Hopefully you have some fun summer plans - I need a vacation. xoxo

HEY BABYCAKES!!! twas so good to see your lovely face yesterday, though you didn't seem to be your energetic self..musta been the HOT HOT HEAT. dude, could it have gotten ANY hotter? i think not...my blood is still boiling beneath the surface :o)
