Just read your bio... I have never met anyone else that has practiced BC as long as you have. Congratulations! What a progression we've seen since those early days. I love the program and am enjoying #41 too. You have an amazing looking rear jump knee (in your pic). That is so hard for me to do correctly!!

Yes! Swimming is my professional sport!
I am go on the training in swimming pool and participant in competition. )))
But now I teach more programs in fitness club and very happy! )))
