Hello fellow LM freaks! Here's the latest...

I am moving to the home of LMAP, Canberra, to become LMAP's Account Manager, starting September!!! I am so excited to be taking on this new role & be working with an incredible team of gifted, energetic people!

It is also hard for me to leave my loved ones in Tassie, as its my home, but its time to spread my wings & fly. I'd really like to acknowledge the support from LMAP who allowed me to remain based in Tasmania while travelling Australia-wide to train & present, but who also gently encouraged me to take a step ( 8 years in the process ) & venture on to bigger prospects. Thank you.

And thank you to those Tassie instructors who are my friends, who believed in me all the way, & still encourage me to greater heights. Rob & Shanndel, Bill & Anne-Maree, Josh, Carolyn, Wendy K, Michelle....Love you, miss you xo

CERTIFICATION NEWS; A WORD OF ADVICE FROM AN ASSESSOR;
Just a reminder guys, when you prepare to submit your video for assessment, make sure you deliver a full bike set up in RPM, or the 'set position' for BODYPUMP & BODYSTEP, & all your other programs. If there's no essential information delivered on position & posture, you will be required to re-video & resubmit. So make it a habit to deliver this information each & every time you teach a class, & show it on your video, so you increase your chances of certification.

Remember, certified instructors are the best instructors, ... so get certified!

Been teaching group fitness since 1993, first Les Mills training was BodyPUMP 20 with the wonderful Pete Manuel, then BodySTEP 35 with the one & only Lisa Osbourne, ... and been national training/presenting with LMAP since 1999.

Have been fortunate to work with many program directors from LMI, the LMAP team, my own team-mates Australia-wide.

I'm also about to be a former full-time high school Art teacher which was both challenging & rewarding, & mostly a heap of fun. Teenagers are great people to work with! I called them 'my kids', & they called me 'muscles' & reckoned I should go on 'Gladiators'! ha ha! They canned the show before I had the chance to be a 'challenger'! DOH! ha ha...

A huge thank you for those who have believed in me, you are my inspiration!... & to those who haven't believed in me... thank you, you've inspired me to strive even harder!

Remember everyone, ... "If it is to be, its up to me"! ... So get out there, & make it happen!!!
