OK...here we go :)
1- I was a former rock chick...its still in my blood :)
I was the lead singer in a band for almost 7 years. The band was called Another Lincoln (name is from the Wizard of Oz "with the thoughts you'd be thinking you could be...Another Lincoln" ).My husband played guitar. When the band ended, I got pregnant (exactly a month later). Perfect timing, eh?
I miss being on stage. Hopefully doing a reunion show in March.

2-Met Gwen Stefani....and of all the things I could say (this was just after her braces wearing stint) "Your teeth look great!", she looked up surprised, and said "Uuhhhh, thanks".

3- LOVE all things Disney. Borderline addiction. We've been to the world twice this year. I was in the crowd for the ABC Christmas taping of Dancing with the Stars. I have a tattoo of Flounder on my ankle that I got when I was 18. Flounder is the little blue and yellow fish in The Little Mermaid. "Don't be such a guppie.."

4-Swam competitively for years and was training for the Olympics. A knee injury got in the way of that, which was fine with me. I would wake before school at 4 am to to practice, go to school, come home, eat, do homework then back to swim practice. It was tough.

5- I am a photographer (with my own lil biz) and love being a stay at home Mom for my 2 year old. He just lights up my life.

6- I was a corporate trainer for Chilis Grill and Bar and traveled the US training servers. I was also a Chilis bartender and I can still flip bottles and I make an amazing margarita. HOLLA! (hear that Kristina ;) )

LOVE Bodyjam...Addicted, yes.
To me, its magic. It has saved me from myself.
It has insipired me to reach for what I never dreamed possible.
Since talking Bodyjam, I have lost 43 and going.
I am mentally, physically and spiritually in a better place.
It gave me my soul back.

I completed Bodyjam Instructor training with the amazing Lydia in Reisterstown. What an amazing time. The girls I was blessed to train with were some of the best...definitely lifelong friends. I cannot wait to see how far they go. Such an inspirational weekend with a lot of hard work and fun at the same time. LOVE LOVE LOVE.

Next phase...practice, practice, practice and I am taping this Sat!!!
My partner in crime Liz and I are going to be teaching at Brick Bodies in GS for a couple months!

Hey Candace, here's your 1 Birthday Wish for you to enjoy through out the year! Use it wisely since you are still so very young and you know I can send you more Birthday wishes if I knew how young you are! Les Mills looks totally Awesome on you!!
I hope you have Fun on your Birthday this Coming WEDNESDAY the 3rd and keep Celebrating it through the weekend and next week too with your Family and Friends plus Celebrate Many, Many, Many, More of them!! I do hope that we get to meet up soon at a LM Q especially a LMSC one!

Sara	Yeah...did BodyCombat training just a couple of weekends ago. Toni had asked me awhile ago if I wanted to do it. I was up in the air for awhile. I knew I wanted to do it, but didn't know when. It worked out well. I think I am going to help her launch her 6am class on Tuesdays at OMW. After Jam, learning Combat chorey is a piece of cake! How are you?

I teach BP, BC, BS and BA in Gaithersburg and Rockville, MD
Our GGX Director (and my BFF Andrea) teaches Jam (I TAKE or WATCH classes but this girl just don't move like that) but I know what you mean about LM being a saving grace
I work by day and LM by night and there is nowhere I'd rather be
Our close knit crew of instructors is always up for a road trip (I'll be at Brick Bodies in May to play BP, BC and BA w/Allison and Jacob) so let me know if you're still taping, we'll come support you if we can (it's always good to have some "bad" Jammers in class, that way you're forced to CRC!)
