I'm an instructor at SWAT - its off a side street ("N Ave" I think??) north of 94 on 9th street. There's a Arby's on the corner of the street we are on. My schedule varies - so yes, hit me up on here when the time comes and I'll let you know!

Dora, thanks for the pic. One of these days I will get around to putting pictures on Les Mills and Facebook - just NO TIME! It is amazing how many instructors we now know on this site comparted to 6 years ago. Thanks for helping us bring more Les Mills to our Y.

Hey girl! Yeah I'm still rockin' four programs but it's tough! I go back and forth on my fav but I'd have to say right now it's Combat. I love, love, love Dan and Rach. They put together the best choreo and music. I still teach Pump twice a week. Combat is also twice a week and step and attack are once a week. I'd still love to have you come up for a visit. Let me know if you ever have a free minute. I know Step is your favorite and you do it very well. Tell everyone hello and hopefully I'll get down to G-town soon to see you all. Are you going to Atlanta for quarterly?

Yes, I'd love to have you come to the club. If you're ever in the mood I'd love to have you team teach step with me on a Monday night...I've told my peeps all about you. Just drop me a note when you have time and we'll set it up!! Remember those couple of times we team taught Pump?? I thought we were a great team!
