Qualified To Teach

It seems like only yesterday that I went through Body Pump training, but it was actually 1998. I will be doing bicep curls to "She's a Lady" when I am 90 years old! When our gym closed and I was no longer able to teach Pump I thought it was no big deal. Boy was I wrong! It has been incredible to me the difference in free style and Les Mills. My fitness level is probably better right now than 10 years ago! Since rejoining the family in July '06 I have become certified in RPM,Attack,BodyStep and Vive.
As much as I enjoy teaching these programs the most important thing to me is all the new friends I have made along the way!

Peter	Hey Donna, The only time that I'm ever in your area is when I go to Massanutten with a friend who has a time share there. Call me a nut, but I love the Super WalMart in Harrisonburg. Do you ever come to the DC area? With knowing 5 formats, are you a full-time fitness professional? Peter :)

Jennifer	Yes I have forgiven you. =) I'm really surprised I didn't get sick from that though, kind of impressed myself! We do have to get together as a group more often. I had so much fun this weekend. Can't wait to see all of the pictures
