Hey just wanted you to know that I got the day off. I think everyone was at the pool instead of boot camp. I was actually excited about teaching too. I'm ready next time you need someone. Hope your ride turns out o.k. & not like your picture. ha

Darrell! Class went great last Friday! Sylvia stopped in and took class too, we did release #38 and I think the participants liked it alot. We had a lot of fun with it. I hope to see you around, have you tried the Body Attack class yet?
