Oh thats a shame since u done all that training! But u are more than welcome to come along and can even teach a track or two!! see u in a double class soon then pump and attack sat morn 10.15 ( 10.30 class 15 mins is clinic which I am SURE u dont need haahaa)

Oh no can do at JJB!!! They refuse to take on any more Les Mills stuff,since Elaine C is anti LesMills...will be teaching for Cannons tho!!

Just to let u know... this is one attacker who is becoming converted to combat!!! wooo woooo
Just completed module 1 this weekend and had to learn track 2 and got 3 and 4 for next module watch out Zombies!!!!
Attack is my first love but combat coming close second now!!!!!

Hi there
Got home at 2am this morning from the Fitness showcase convention in Blackpool and then had to teach at 10am so I am absolutely shattered!! It was great atmosphere though!
I really want to do combat training but not had a look to see when the course is on in Kilmarnock. I am a bit skint right now as I spent way too much money this weekend!!
I am about to start a foundation Yoga course as well that needs paying for! god its such an expensive career!!
Hope your combat module goes good - where are you doing it?
