How are you. Are you enjoying BS72 and BP66? Both these releases a good, really love step and actually enjoy pump this time reckon it's the best release in a long time. Start mixing next week going back to BS48 and BP39, should be fun.

Miss Julie, How did I know "Duels" was you? I was reading a post you responded to about people chit chatting in class.. I thought to myself... sounds a bit like Jules... funnily enough! HA!
Anyways, how's things? Looking forward to launching next Saturday? I taught BS72 at SBH on Wednesday night, they've already asked for old stuff again... grrr! Oh well what can you do? Have a nice weekend! :-)

Holy Cr@p,
Did we miss a big birthday?? Hope it was a good one. I will be home for a visit in May. Going to Tassie for two weeks, then heading up to the Sunshine Coast to visit parents for a week. Will give you a buzz.

Yeap, just what a girl needs to age before her time, I agree how insensitive of Les Mills! I say 40 years young nothing too it really been there 50's not bad either! Don't know about you, but sometimes I forget my age, and feel like a 20 year old, lol.

Thanks for your message. I have also checked out release 71 on the Les Mills web site and it look great. You and your comments plus watch a quick snip of it has made my mind up. I will now start finding a course near me to attend.

Hi Jules,
Happy Valentine Day. Hope yours is a good one. Thanks for the add. I am off from work for a coulpe of hours before I start all over again at 6.30pm tonight teaching Combat & Balance.
We have a great job doing what we love. But the more I learn and the course I attend I also find that there are some very lazy teachers/instructors out there. Who onces qualified they never do another course. That is why I love BTS as you have to keep up your training.
I am considering doing Body Step, I will be taking part in a class in April, but I am still not sure. What are your views on Body Step?
