Hey J! Good to hear from you-

Jam is great...I teach a few times a week as well as Pump and starting COmbat again soon...there are not many Les Mills clubs around Denver, but I am lucky to at least have Jam and Pump!

Those pics from you launch look fun! It is taking time for the class to catch on, but the numbers are growing...yeah!
