hey man, yeah 1 year since the global. cant believe how fast it has flown by. was awesome wknd though. glad to hear you getting closer to getting your goal of teaching the program mate. Just gained a presenter role here in sydney, so getting to train in a week with dan and racheal. they flying over for the quarterlies. that should be wicked.

Hello,
We will stay in Taiwan for about 10 days. Planing to go gym on the 2nd or 3rd Oct. only for Pump & combat. So are you free to meet for the classes & coffee?
