Hey everyone :) I'm Elena. I am a pharmaceutical sales representative as well as a LES MILLS RPM instructor. :) I have been an athelete my entire life. I was a tennis player from the time I was 9 years old. I played at Appalachian State University on a full tennis scholarship. After graduating college, I had no more 4 hour long tennis practices and people telling me to run, lift weights, etc, etc, etc. I actually had to do it on my own. I am so glad that I discovered Les Mills classes at my gym. They made working out a blast, and not a chore. I have been taking body pump for 10 years and RPM for 3. I am now hooked on Body Attack!!! I love them all, and you cannot get that kind of workout on any machine at the gym. I love teaching RPM because I am so passionate about the Les Mills programs. They work, no question!!!

Kristie	cool sounds good- My mom works in Columbia all the time-I will ask her what hotels are nice and a good deal- maybe we can make our way back through Myrtle Beach and visit her- Free there too!

Mr Smith	I saw you over there signing "Kickstart My Heart". So very metal! Great to ride at the Q with you Saturday. I took Pump today at 12 and could hardly stand up (I went back for a second helping of Antoine's masterclass at 3 Saturday - ouch). Come see us in GSO again soon.
