Richard said a have to contact you. I`m a instruktor from Germany. Next Weekend, my boyfriend (trainer) and i visit London for 3 Day`s. In this time we life in the regency hotel in south kensington. We want to visit a good rpm,pump,combat,jam and attack class. Can you help us?

Hi honey!! Sorry Ive not been in touch lately. Work has really clamped down on the internet access. Boo!!!
So how have you been? You still going to the Gym a lot?! What about your no carbs after 6 thing or are you back to normal now? Hope all is going well. You still enjoying Jam? Nowhere near me does it so I cant go :-( Havent even really seen it before.
You got any plans for the weekend? Im not up to much. Should hopefully be getting the keys to my new flat so I'll be a busy bee if I do! Ive had so many weddings lately so Im quite pleased not to have one this weekend. I love weddings but it gets a bit expensive when you have 3 weekends in a row!! Ive got another one coming up end of this month, and a couple of christenings too! Oh dear, wrong time to buy a flat me thinks!

AAAAAAHHHHH - totally fell in love with jam!!!!
Course was amazin, just dancing and shakin my booty all weekend!! Got a chance to practice my assessment tracks last night in my pal's class and it was totally rockin!!!! Wish me luck for Sat 26th...........

Yeah, I would have loved to have been there on Tuesday night but Siobhan was doing her pump video so thought I'd better go to that. I'll bet the participants loved having you two all dressed up but 12 tracks must have been an absolute killer (I usually want to collapse after track 7 and 8 now!).
I reckon I'd definitely be interested in covering those dates in Putney! Thanks heaps for giving me first refusal :-).
