Haha too right. I second that, work is sooo boring. At least you aren't sitting on your butt in an office all day ;)
Workshops were awesome. Going to be teaching out at a different gym in Auckland, after meeting a few people I trained with. So cool! Hopefully gt a balance slot as well in October.
How were your w/shops?
snore snore snore =P ps: no don't recognise the guy, but will keep my eyes open (and then point and laugh!)

Hey Hey!
Well to answer your first questions, I'm not positive that you will be able to find les mills in the inner city, but the best chain that I can think of is Gold's Gym. The biggest Gold's is in Poughkeepsie, not far above the city. L.A. to N.Y. that's quite the drive!! Your story is awesome, I can tell you are a true instructor at heart. I got into les mills in Fall of 2006, a little after some instructors came to my school and previewed BODYCOMBAT for all of the school gym classes. Ever since then, I've been enjoying all les mills has to offer! As of now, I have been trained in BODYSTEP and very soon, I am going to send in my video. After that, I hope to go to BODYATTACK training! I love that class. Well that's a long message, like yours. Talk soon. ~Cassondra

I live in upstate NY, a few hours above Poughkeepsie. There are currently no Les Mills classes in NYC. The former owner of the gym that I currently go to, is right now attempting to bring les mills to the city. What part of NY are you coming back to in October? As I said before it's awesome to see fellow young instructors!! I as well love these programs, my favorite programs are Attack, and Step followed by Pump and Flow...well I guess I love them all. :] But my absolute favorite has got to be Attack. So how did you get into les mills??
Talk later. Have great day. ~Cassondra
